Doha Deadlock: Oil Producers Meeting Collapses In Predictable Disagreement

A meeting of ministers from the world's largest oil producing countries ended in Doha, Qatar without an agreement on how to tackle chronic oversupply, as Saudi Arabia and Iran refused to budge from their respective positions of not moving without the other.
